Every conflict deserves a thoughtful resolution.
We help businesses, property owners, teams, and executors resolve disputes quickly, privately, and without the cost of court.
Moretti Mediation & Resolution provides AMDRAS accredited, evidence-based mediation for commercial, property, workplace, and estate matters.

Our facilitative model helps parties rebuild clarity, reduce stress, and reach practical agreements that save time, money, and relationships.
Each mediation integrates brief mindfulness practices proven to improve communication, reduce emotional reactivity, and support calm negotiation. All sessions are confidential, structured, neutral, and designed to help you move forward with confidence.
How Mediation Works
Initial Consultation
A confidential discussion to understand the nature of the dispute, assess suitability for mediation, and clarify each party’s goals.
Outcome: You receive a clear roadmap and next steps, so you know exactly what to expect.
01
Structured Mediation Session
A facilitated conversation using proven, evidence-based mediation practices enhanced with mindfulness techniques to support calm communication, reduce reactivity, and keep discussions focused.
Outcome: Parties move from misunderstanding to clarity, exploring
practical and realistic resolution options.
02
Agreement & Next Steps
If an agreement is reached, outcomes are documented clearly and can be formalised into a mediation agreement/settlement if required.
Outcome: You leave with certainty, defined actions, and a pathway forward without litigation.

Why this matters:
If the dispute ever proceeds to court in the future, this documented agreement demonstrates that all parties made a genuine, good-faith attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. Courts view this favourably, and it can strengthen your position by showing you acted reasonably, professionally, and proactively.
